Charcoal chute is located in the back allowing the cook box door to be corner hung and swing almost 180 degrees. No greasy shirts, jackets, arms, etc.
Charcoal chute is tapered downward from 6”x 6” at the top to 6”x 9” at the bottom. This will greatly reduce the possibility of a charcoal bridge.
Charcoal chute is moved 2” away from the back wall and is insulated. This will help in eliminating the hot side of the cook box.
Combination grease pan/heat deflector will greatly reduce the possibility of a grease fire and is removable for easy cleaning.
Burn Time/Rate – Depending upon cooking temperature and charcoal used, you can expect to get about an hour of burn time per pound of charcoal.
Interior is 23”x 23”x 28”tall (includes grease pan/deflector).
Interior skin is 14ga.
Cook racks (3) are 22 ½”x 22 ½” with 5 ½” clearance and are supported by C-channel runners/sliders for safety.
Utility Pan: 17”x17”x 3” and made of steel is included.
Cook box door is cross-broke for extra strength and stability.
Exterior skin is 18ga.
From ground to top is about 48” plus 6” stack.
Stack is 4” diameter.
Thermometer is ½” NPT, 3” dial, 6” stem, recalibratable.
