With 125 gallons of cooking space and two spacious shelves, the Evolution gives you all the room you need to smoke for backyard gatherings, catering events, or BBQ competitions.

With this innovative design, you can utilize the full cooking surface without hot spots or cold zones. Perfect for large cooks, the Evolution can hold up to 12 full briskets or 14 racks of ribs in a single session—making it the ideal smoker for serious pitmasters.
We are excited to now offer high-heat powder coating for your Evolution. We have over 6,500 different color options to choose from. If you would like to have your Evolution powder coated, just select the powder coating option at check out. Since the price of the colors varies, we will have to quote the powder coating separately. After you purchase your Evolution we will reach out to you to see which color you would like, then send a separate invoice for the power coating. Please note, the powder coating will add an additional 1-2 weeks to the fulfillment time of the Evolution.
