  • What makes Superior Smokers "superior"?

    Our smokers are precision-engineered for even cooking, with a large firebox, secondary smokestack, Scoop, and Super Collector—designed for unmatched temperature control and consistent results. Our smokers were designed with the intent to make every square inch of grate space, usable grate space.

  • Where are the smokers made?

    Our smokers are proudly 100% American made at our Saginaw, MI facility using 100% US-sourced materials.

  • How long will it take to receive my smoker?

    Order fulfillment takes approximately 6–8 weeks. Once shipped, standard delivery in the contiguous U.S. takes about 5–10 business days. Rates for Alaska/Hawaii, and international shipping are calculated separately. Please see our Fulfilment Policy page for more information.

  • What is the refund policy?

    Customers have 48 hours from the time of purchase to cancel their order for a full refund. After the 48- cancellation window, all sales are final and non-refundable. All payments for shipping are non-refundable. Please see our Fulfillment Policy page for more information.

  • How to I prevent my smoker from rusting?

    We recommend regularly applying a thin coat of oil to the exterior of the smoker to season it. Use an oil with a high smoke point such as PAM or grapeseed oil.

  • Do you offer financing?

    Financing is available through PayPal. When you are checking out, select PayPal as your payment option then follow the prompts to continue to PayPal.
