An insulated firebox for improved fire management
A baffle plate to redirect heat from the firebox
An integrated "Super Collector" for more even heat distribution on the stack side of the smoker
A secondary stack on the cooking chamber for easier temperature control
With our design you are able to utilize the entire cooking surface. This means you can smoke 12 briskets or 14 racks of ribs at once
